I cannot understand why I need internet connection to read MY MAGAZINES THAT I'VE DOWNLOADED AND PAID FOR!!! A piss poor way of access to one's magazines. Will not recommend it at all.
The app completely stopped working on my Galaxy S10 phone. Support sent me an email and I've tried everything suggested to make it work again (all to no avail) . I will consider changing my review when I can access my magazines on my phone again. EDIT - 4/18/22 - I have been able to use the app again for some time but I am constantly plagued by issues that require me to logout and log back in to fix. This causes the downloaded magazines to be deleted and then you have to re-download. 1 star...

Works great. Excellent customer service.
Recently the app has started to loop continually and refuses to open the latest downloaded issue other than for the first time. It was also becoming very slow to open my library. This is now the third reinstall I've had to do.
I've been using zinio for years. Today we lost our internet connection, no netflix, no Amazon. So I'll read one of the magazines I downloaded. Nope, doesn't work without an internet connection. What a let down. I guess I'll just have to read the colour book about mushrooms I downloaded on the Kindle app, yep that works just fine.
Not working on S22 Ultra.
I'm not a huge fan of Zinio app but it usually works OK even if it is kludgey. Works pretty well when you get used to the relentless incessant constant Ads.
